Rates and Reservations

How do I make a reservation?

You can reserve a cabin here on our site, or give us a call at 423-496-5225 between the hours of 9 am to 9 pm eastern time.

Why is your nightly rate based on 4 guests?

Because the majority of our cabins are booked by small groups of 2-4 guests. Charging a nightly rate high enough to cover the wear, utilities and additional costs that come with a maximum occupancy stay would significantly increase the cost for couples and small groups. Breaking down the pricing using a base rate and additional guest surcharge lets us prorate rental costs and prevents increased rental rates that would penalize smaller rental groups.

Do you have a group rate?

Our full facility rate for all four cabins and up to 16 guests is $420 a night. This includes free use of our meeting room for your group. Additional guests are $15 per person per night. The cleaning fee for a full facility rental is $120.

Do you accept credit cards?

We take Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We are unable to accept American Express.

Being Here

Do you have cabins that are within walking distance of each other?

We are unique in the area because all of our cabins are located on one 8 acre property. All of our cabins a just a minutes walk apart.

What items do I need to bring with me?

Our cabins are fully furnished with all linens, towels & kitchen supplies. You will need to bring personal toiletries such as toothpaste & shampoo. If you’re going rafting we suggest you bring a beach towel & sunscreen. If you plan to cook a holiday meal or specialty item during your stay please bring any specialty cooking pans or utensils you might need. If you’re planning on doing laundry during your stay you’ll need to bring detergent & fabric softener or dryer sheets

Are all of your cabins smoke free?

Yes. Ashtrays are provided on the rocking chair porch of all cabins. You may smoke on the porches but not in the cabins. There is a $100 fumigation fee for smoking in a cabin.

Do you have Wi-fi?

Yes we do. No surcharges, no paperwork & no passwords needed. Please understand that wi-fi signals do not mix well with solid log cabin walls & so you may not have 4 bar service in all areas of your cabin. You are always welcome to use our wi-fi porch and or office to access the net.

Will we have cell phone reception at the cabin?

Verizon works well here. AT&T may be a bit spotty. Nextell & T-Moble will not have service here. If your carrier does not have service in this area and you need to make a call you can do so from the office.

How many people can your cabins accommodate?

Our maximum capacity is 32 guests. Please understand that this number of guests will involve bed sharing in the larger beds and use of sleeper sofas & roll-a-way beds.

Can I bring air mattresses for additional guests?

No. We are a TN state licensed hotel & as such our maximum capacity is determined by the health department & local fire codes. Air mattresses in a cabin can clog the floor plan & block required exits in the event of an emergency.

What is your pet policy?

Your small to medium size dog is welcome. There is a $25 non-refundable pet fee that covers the length of your pets stay. Please spot your pet for fleas before your arrival. Pets must be on a leash at all times & may not be left unattended in the cabin for long periods of time. Unattended pets must be crated. Pet owners are expected to pick up & properly dispose of their pet’s waste.

How far away are the rafting companies located?

Any of the rafting companies located on the eastern side of the Cherokee National Forest is less than 10 minutes from us. Rafting companies on the western side of the National Forest are about a 30 minute ride away.
